- Prepare concrete surfaces for finishing by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing of sub grade.
- Use hand and power tools to apply finishes such as troweling, stamping, or polishing
- Repair damaged concrete surfaces by patching or replacing sections
- Follow blueprints or specifications to ensure accurate placement and finishing of concrete
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming and finishing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or specifications
- Proficient in using hand and power tools related to concrete finishing
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (commercial driving experience is a plus)
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is preferred
- Experience in other related trades such as plastering, welding, tile laying, or flooring installation is beneficial
